Vijay Lancy has been involved in Professional Badminton for the last 25 years in various capacities as a Player, Coach, Managing Leagues, CEO, etc. This multi faceted exposure has helped me hone my skills, given me exposure from the grass root up to the professional level and has allowed me to speak at various seminars, workshops at the IIM’s, Management Institutes, Schools etc. Vijay lancy’spassion is to build a Professional Sports Ecosystem for all the stakeholders.
Founder
Anup Sridhar is an Olympian and Arjuna awardee having represented the Country for over 15 years. Anup has trained at the Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy in Bangalore and also trained at the Gopichand Academy in Hyderabad. In addition to this, Anup has spent several years training in Denmark, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc., under the best international coaches which has provided him phenomenal exposure to international standards and methodologies of coaching and training.
Having gone through the entire gamut of evolving as an player, Anup has developed a keen understanding of what it takes to sustain at the top. All the coaches working under him have picked up the finer intricacies of the game and truly evolved as coaches.
